This Automatic door bottom seals is similar as RAVEN RP70, It is made by 2.0mm thickness 6063 aluminium alloy shell, Round copper plunger, EPDM rubber strips, Nylon side cover and stainless steel screws. It has the side edge on the bottom, can screw fix it from the door bottom, suitable for the wooden door and metal door, can fixed by screws from the bottom. This Heavy Duty design makes it more fit the heavier door, can be used for fireproof door. It is ensure an efficient seal with an adjustable plunger that is compressed against the frame as the door is closed, activating a concealed flat spring mechanism, this mechanism drop down the seals smoothly from the housing. The seal compresses on either even or uneven surfaces and retracts automatically when the door is opened.
